THE RETREAT
Three days in sisterhood
Day 1 — Arrival
We arrive in the early afternoon and settle in. We gather to open the weekend with breathwork, hear each other’s stories, and share our intentions for the medicine journey ahead. A delicious dinner together, then a magical sound journey to close the evening.
Day 2 — Group Medicine Journey
Sacred ceremony at the heart of the weekend. Our hearts open to Self and to each other. The intense love and compassion of the day allows us to turn this healing energy inward — exploring our blocks to giving and receiving love, releasing fear, and hearing our own truth. Being held and witnessed by your sisters in community is the true medicine.
Day 3 — Integration & Closing
We easy into the day with breathwork, take a cold plunge into the lake, and share what has come up for us. Hearing our own story — and having it witnessed — is what helps us integrate and grow. We close with gratitude, renewed in our strength as women, understanding that we are the medicine and everything we need is already within us. This is the beginning of your journey.
