The Wild Breath
Past the noise of the mind — into the body, the breath, and the wild self that lives beneath it all.
Your breath is your most powerful healing tool — the energetic link between mind, body, heart and spirit. In this live one-hour class guided by Steve on Zoom, you will use your breath to drop into a deep state of meditation and presence. Breathing to the beats of the music, you unlock the power within you to reduce stress and inflammation, boost creativity, release trapped emotions, gain clarity and return to your true Self.

Six reasons breathwork transforms you
Your nervous system resets
Conscious connected breathing directly influences the autonomic nervous system — shifting you out of fight-or-flight and into a state of deep rest and regulation. Over time, this resets your baseline: less reactivity, more calm, more capacity to meet life as it comes.
Out of your head
Most of us live trapped in thought — analyzing, worrying, replaying. Breathwork interrupts this loop. As your breathing rhythm shifts and the body activates, the analytical mind quiets and you land somewhere more primal, more present. The Wild Twin waiting beneath the noise finally gets to breathe.
Into your body
When the mind steps back, the body steps forward. Many people experience warmth, tingling, spontaneous movement, tears, or laughter — the body completing cycles of stress and emotion that were previously frozen. This is not a side effect. This is the healing itself.
Altered states without substances
The hyperventilation-induced shift in blood chemistry can produce genuine non-ordinary states — vivid imagery, deep insight, emotional breakthroughs, feelings of expansion or dissolution. These states offer the same window for change as other altered state practices, available to anyone, anytime.
Emotions finally move
Trapped emotions don't disappear — they live in the body as tension, illness, and reactivity. Breathwork creates the physiological conditions for emotion to complete its natural cycle: felt, expressed, and released. Session after session, the load gets lighter.
Consistency compounds
A single session can be profound. A regular practice is transformational. Showing up week after week — in a live class, with a community, guided by someone who knows the way — is how the work goes deep and stays.

Contraindications
This style of breathwork is powerful — please don't practice it if you have epilepsy. If you are pregnant, we recommend following along to the meditation only, as breath holds can elevate adrenaline in ways that may affect the baby.
