PEOPLE
Sometimes the deepest healing happens when we step out of our everyday environment and create space to listen inward.
This intimate cottage weekend invites you into a compassionate exploration of your inner world. Through ceremony, breathwork, nature, and transformational medicine, we create the conditions for your parts to soften and for your deeper Self to emerge. Held in a small group and supported by experienced guides, this weekend offers a safe relational field where protectors can relax, wounded parts can be seen, and the natural intelligence of your system can move toward healing.

THE RETREAT
Three days in community
Day 1 — Arrival
We arrive at our beautiful cottage in the early afternoon and settle in. Our first circle begins by creating a safe and compassionate container for the weekend. Through breathwork and gentle inquiry, we begin turning our attention inward—getting curious about the parts of us that brought us here. Some parts may feel hopeful. Others may feel guarded, skeptical, or afraid. All are welcome. As we listen to each other’s stories around the fire, we begin building the trust and connection that allows deeper healing work to unfold.
Day 2 — The Ceremony
The heart of the weekend is our sacred medicine ceremony.
Transformational medicine can help quiet the protective strategies that normally organize our inner world, allowing deeper parts of the psyche to come forward. In this state, many people experience access to Self-energy—the natural qualities of curiosity, compassion, courage, and clarity. From this place, we can begin to meet the parts of us that carry pain, fear, shame, or old stories. Rather than trying to fix or suppress these parts, we learn to listen to them. Often, protectors soften, exiled wounds are witnessed, and new understanding emerges. Being seen and held in a compassionate group field amplifies this process. Healing that once felt impossible alone becomes possible in relationship.
Day 3 — Integration & Closing
On our final day we turn toward integration—the process of bringing insight back into everyday life. Through reflection, breathwork, and group sharing, we help the parts of you that opened during ceremony begin to settle into a new relationship with your system. Integration in an IFS lens is about building ongoing connection with your parts and strengthening your access to Self leadership. We close the weekend with gratitude—for the courage it takes to show up, for the parts that trusted the process, and for the healing that begins when we listen inward with compassion.

What is IFS?
This weekend is deeply informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), a therapeutic model that understands the mind as a system of different parts.
Many of us carry protective parts that try to manage pain, avoid vulnerability, or keep us safe. Beneath them are younger parts that hold experiences of hurt, fear, or longing.
When we create the right conditions—safety, compassion, and presence—these parts can begin to relax.
From this place, the deeper Self naturally emerges with qualities of curiosity, compassion, clarity, courage, connection, creativity, and calm. Healing happens when the Self begins to lead the system.
