WHY IT WORKS
Six reasons men’s work changes everything
01
The mask gets heavy
Most men have been trained since boyhood to perform — strength, certainty, control. It works, until it doesn’t. Men’s work creates a rare space where the performance can stop, and something more honest can breathe.
02
It's the relationships that heal
Wounds that formed in relationship heal in relationship. Not in isolation, not through willpower — but in the presence of other men who are doing the same work and willing to witness yours.
03
Nature strips away the noise
Take a man out of his routine, his screens, his role — put him in the forest with a fire and a drum — and something old wakes up. Nature is not a backdrop. It is an active participant in the work.
04
Myth and story reach where logic can't
The rational mind can analyse a wound forever without healing it. Story, myth, and ceremony bypass the defences and speak directly to the parts of us that are actually carrying the weight.
05
Eldership and mentorship matter
Men need men who have walked the path before them. Not to be told what to do — but to be shown that it’s possible. The community creates space for both: for learning from those ahead of you and guiding those behind.
06
Consistency compounds
A single powerful experience can crack something open. But showing up every two weeks — in circle, in honesty, in community — is what reshapes a man’s relationship with himself over time. This is the long work. The worthwhile work.
ROOTS & VALUES
What guides us
01
Exploration
Adventure and seeking new experiences. Know thyself. Taking risks. Expanding boundaries. Playfulness, curiosity and childlike wonder. Confidence and bravery.
02
Community
It’s the relationships that heal. Strong, authentic connections and lifelong bonds. Working together toward a greater good. Being of service. Love, warmth, compassion and genuineness. Listening.
03
Teaching & Learning
To learn from and teach others the way. Eldership. Mentoring. Creating a safe space to explore, grow and make mistakes. Wisdom — the application of knowledge. The more I learn, the less I know. Critical and sceptical, but open-minded.
05
Spirituality
Connection to nature. Meaning. Connection to something else. Healing. Ceremony, ritual and plant medicines. Appreciation of beauty. Greater consciousness. Being vs doing. Soul-touching. Interconnectedness. Life purpose. Gratitude.
HOW WE SHOW UP
The Four Agreements
Based on ancient Toltec wisdom — a code of conduct that transforms our lives toward freedom, true happiness, and love.
- Be impeccable with your word
- Don’t take anything personally
- Don’t make assumptions
- Always do your best
